Thank you for visiting our corporate website and our employment opportunity page.  We currently have 150+ professional real estate agents and office locations in University Place, Puyallup and Renton with future expansion planned for both Pierce and King Counties.  Our name recognition has flourished in recent years as more and more agents make the move to Dove Realty.

Why are more and more real estate professionals making the change to Dove?  It is fairly simple.  We offer an unparalled compensation plan.  Most new real estate agents need the big franchise company name to get started in the business as they have only a small client base of friends and family to work with.  Once established with a good working client base and a decent advertising budget, agents find that most of their business comes from past clients, referrals and personal advertising - not because of the company name. Other agents are part time and only work with friends & family. Our program is perfect for part time agents.
