The profile of our typical agent is:  entrepreneurial, innovative, self-starter, extremely cost-conscious, and constantly thinking about the bottom line for both their customers and himself or herself. 

Our business model is ideal for the agent who believes in "self-branding."  We do not have a "corporate" mindset, and allow agents to run their businesses in a way that suits their clientele base, personalities, and life styles.

Our business model is not profitable for any agent who does less than $35,000 per year in transactions.

Our business model is not for someone who has less than 2 years of real estate experience.  We do not train new agents who just received their licenses.
